Buttermilk Squash Soup

Yum a delicious buttermilk summer squash soup with a brown butter and chives.

Chocolate Zucchini Cupcakes!

The finished product after the grater finished with the zucchini. I had never frosted this cake before but I decided it would go well with a cream cheese frosting so that's what I did.

They turned out awesome and everybody loved them.

Did I mention that besides the frosting these cupcakes are really not that bad for you (yay and yum!).

I'm not sure who attacked who but I love how the zucchini looks like it may have attempted attacking the grater and lost.
