Chocolate Zucchini Cupcakes!
The finished product after the grater finished with the zucchini. I had never frosted this cake before but I decided it would go well with a cream cheese frosting so that's what I did.
They turned out awesome and everybody loved them.
Did I mention that besides the frosting these cupcakes are really not that bad for you (yay and yum!).

I'm not sure who attacked who but I love how the zucchini looks like it may have attempted attacking the grater and lost.

More from Morocco
I have been back in the US for just over four months now and I am finally going to have time (I hope) to work with all the pictures I took in the one month I spent in Morocco. This is just one of many more to come over the next few months and mixed in with my North African pictures I hope to add some of my life now and over the past semester. Enjoy!
